WOW is the experience we had last night at Lake Ridge's Paul Hobbs Wine Dinner. Six courses, six wines. Including delicious scallop appetizer, crispy flavorful Thai salad, Veal Roulade, Lamb rack stew, Pork Belly steak with mushroom sauce, and a lovely tangy lemon shortcake.
