This year we added Hot Cheese Slims. We have done the Breakfast Sausage and Red Wine and Garlic Salami in the past as well. Great products and people to work with. They use to process deer, I wish they still did!“

When we scheduled our tasting pick up, Lisa stopped what she was working on to introduce herself. Her attention to detail was unmatched. “Kudos to the Ice Man in the fresh fish department at the Canandaigua Wegmans! A very nice and extremely knowledgeable young man took the time to talk fish with my sister and I this past Sunday. He was icing down the fresh fish display, hence the name Ice Man. I'm sorry to not have given him the courtesy of asking his name. We weren't familiar with Char and by the time he explained the fish we were hooked. We each bought a whole fish. The flavor and texture are amazing I called this evening to inquire as to availability and a very nice lady named Audrey will have an answer tomorrow morning as to whether they'll have more this Sunday. I can shop at 3 other Wegmans that are much closer to home but I absolutely love the selection available at the Canandaigua store. A great team of knowledge people!“
