A hidden gem deep in the woods! As you are driving down the dark lane towards the restaurant, just when you are convinced that you made a wrong turn and are lost, out of the darkness comes the most Adirondack restaurant you could imagine! There were many deer right outside the windows feeding as a gentle snow fell. Absolutely love this place! Oh, and the food is awesome too! The ADK Salad is on another level.
I’ve stayed at Deer Valley with groups of friends several times over the past 8 years. We ride motorcycles in the Adirondacks. I would highly recommend this place as somewhere to stay and eat if you’re looking for a place to hang out or to act as a base while you’re biking, cycling, ATVing or whatever in northern NY. Love love love!! We only stayed over night and did not eat at their restaurant. But the restaurant and especially the bar looked very inviting. Rooms have all that’s needed and they are very clean! Nice people! Will definitely come back when we are in the area again!!
