“Their chocolates are great except for we’ve bought probably five or six boxes of sponge candy at $40 a box in the inside is either been stale or burnt this has been going on for about six months now so I’m sorry to say it I’ve been a long time customer but I think I need to find a different chocolate spot I just don’t think they sell sponge candy fast enough to pre-box them like they do especially in Ellicottville because that’s where I’ve gotten all of my boxes of sponge candy and I have been unhappy with each in every one of them I know you say well why did you keep going back I kept going back because I’m a loyal customer and I keep hoping that things will change with them but it’s just not changing so again thank you Watsons for many many years of your great chocolate but I need to find a new chocolate maker and sponge candy maker you guys just aren’t cutting it anymore“
