Barley has hands down the best sandwich in town. The owner is awesome and if you don't have any food allergies, I encourage you to just go in tell him you are hungry, and he will create you the most amazing lunch!Be prepared for an adventure that will keep you coming in time and time again. I second Joe Shoemaker's review. We visited Barley Sandwich in 2022 during a hiking trip to Saranac. The owner has a lot of character and we laughed all through lunch. Whenever we reminisce about our trip, the Barley always comes up as a highlight.
