Little Italy Reviews
Terrible experience here. The cashier was rude and rushing us, we told her we wanted it for dine in but we were going across the road for the sculptures until it was finished. Tried to sit at a table and was told to leave even though we bought food from this restaurant. He said “our waitresses get tipped this way” we explained “no problem we will leave a tip” he said “no it’s not like that it’s incase we get busy and need tables” so we decided to leave completely....read full review
I ordered a half sheet cheese sicilian pizza. I ordered it 3 hours in advance for a 5pm pick up. We were there at 4:45 and the pizza was waiting for us. After a short drive home, we were very disappointed. The pizza wasn't even slightly warm and there was very little cheese and way too much sauce. It definitely is not the amazing pizza like it used to be.
Stopped in for the first time tonight for a quick bite to eat after dropping off kids at Paul Smith’s. Friendly, quick service and a fresh and tasty meal. We will be back to try more items. Everyone was so welcoming.

Little Italy is a popular restaurant that offers a variety of Italian dishes, including pizza, garlic knots, spaghetti, strombolis, and subs. During busy times, such as Winter Carnival and Cartoonival Week, the staff manages to serve customers efficiently despite long lines and high volume. Many visitors find the food to be great, especially praising the pizza, garlic knots, and overall quality of meals. The service is generally friendly and attentive, with some staff members going out of their way to ensure a positive experience. For example, one staff member was noted for delivering meals on time and with care, making the visit highly recommended. However, experiences can vary; on a less busy day, some customers found the service to be just okay, and others were disappointed with certain menu items, like strombolis that had solid garlic butter for dipping or veggie pizza that was poorly topped. The restaurant operates on cash only, with ATM fees to consider, and closes earlier than posted at times, which can cause inconvenience. Overall, Little Italy is seen as a must-stop for many who enjoy good Italian food and friendly service, though some reviews suggest room for improvement in customer service and menu consistency.
