The food was disappointing, after reading glowing reviews, I tried their popular pork chop, it was thick and undercooked and impossible to chew and it came with stack of potato chunks , bland and soaked in what was supposedly gravy. If bland , no flavor American cuisine is your idea of fine dining, you could not go wrong at 15 Church. I had 3 bites, paid and left a generous tip. This really is a nice restaurant! We had early reservations so we had the place to ourselves. The servers were personable and they know their products. We had octopus and an orange chicken appetizers plus bread, which were all delicious. We had the pork chop Scarpariello and chicken Milanese. Both were amazing. We topped off dinner with a mixed berry dish and Zeppoles. We were very pleased with our evening out.
This is the best service, and the best fine food, we've had since moving to Saratoga six months ago. The check will drain your wallet, but the culinary experience, their wine list, and most especially the excellent service we received (from Chris) make this a good value for a special night out.
