Ordered dinner tonight… ziti and a side order of meatballs. The pasta was complete mush and almost inedible you couldn't even pick it up with a fork without it falling completely apart. The meat balls were RAW on the inside completely bright red. The Ziti also happens to be penne which makes no sense. I will never order here again. It used to be so good but not its nothing but an aluminum tin of absolute disgust and dissapointment. The person on the phone was rather very incompetent and told me they did not understand my issue or my English so nothing could be done tonight. I come from a long line of Italians and this food is almost laughable and down right horrendous! It should be a crime to call this Italian.
The service and food are excellent. We had an amazing time on Mothers Day.

My only major complaint is I got a hit card for the restaurant and couldn’t use it here. I wouldn’t have ordered but felt stuck with it. I looked on the website before I ordered and there wasn’t any mention of it and it really should to avoid confusion for others.

Worst meal ever !!!! We had 12 family members over for after Christmas dinner and ordered penne ala vodka and the kitchen sink. The macaroni was absolute mush and we had to throw it all away. We had to make our own pasta with jar sauce and chicken nuggets because that is all we had for the kids. I called to complain, they offered to remake it but dinner was already ruined. How in the world did they expect me to drive all the way back after we had to make our own food because people were waiting to eat. I politely asked for a refund and offered to return the inedible meal but was met with disrespect and annoyance, I was told to make a complaint to my credit card company. Nothing worse than throwing money away especially when you have family members over for the holidays!!! We are beyond disappointed!!!! What a waste of money, never gonna make another order. I am sick that in my 60 years on this planet we went from a world that accepts our mistakes to a new world where we are told to kiss off and just be thankful we took your money. Thanks for ruining a holiday get together.

I’m not going to waste time writing a long review. Ordered food here tonight and it was so disgusting we literally threw it in the garbage. Even the salad was gross. I’m not joking we threw the entire meal in the garbage.

These people have it DOWN!! Just takeout here, hot at pickup or cold to heat up at home. Legends. I miss them when I'm away from the area! I picked up for a visit w my dad who moved 2 hours south, he misses you, too!

This review actually bothers me since I've been going to this place for 2 years and never had a bad experience. Last Tuesday I decided to get a small blueberry pie. I usually share most of the meals and desserts with my elderly neighbor. The restaurant was busy since that Thursday was Thanksgiving. I paid $9 and gave a $5 dollar tip.When I got home and opened the bag the pie was unusually small. I know that prices have gone up and everything is very expensive. The pie was so small that I decided to give the whole pie to my neighbor. I bought desserts here before especially the small ones and it has never been this size before. I know prices are rising but for $9 dollars and a decrease in size there has to be a better solution.

Augie’s was recommended to us by the hotel staff who raved about the food and the chicken Parmesan that happened to be the special tonight. The food was delicious and there was so much! One meal fed 3 adults and then some as we shared all that was left. We also had the baked eggplant rollatini and canolis. We were pleased with everything.
