While I enjoy the atmosphere and food there, they are home of the WORST service in town. Problem is management allows staff to use their cell phones while working and the staff thinks those conversations comes 1st. Also, they feel socializing with other staff members is more important than serving the customer. i tried to look beyond this, but when I did the bartender got rude when I asked for a beer after 15mins pf waiting.

There was a super drunk creep at the bar, turns out he's a regular. I went to the bathroom and there was a girl literally hiding in the there from this guy. The bartenders knew that he was a problem and didn't do anything but say "he's on his way out."

Nice spot for bar food. We went on Wednesday, which was $1 wing night. They had a huge selection of flavors and I went with traditional Buffalo. They were excellent and the staff was very attentive.

This is a nice, casual spot. They have indoor restaurant seating as well as outdoor patio seating. You dont have to order food inside, you can sit and just have drinks if you'd like. Outside on the patio, there's plenty of seating. Some tables feature a firepit in the center, which adds a cozy touch for those chilly nights. The staff is pretty friendly, service can slow down a bit when it gets busy but overall there's not much of a wait to order a drink.
Worst place I’ve ever been to. I want the owner look at the cameras and watch how his workers almost caused a complete melee. You should fire every bouncer you have there. Sadly and most likely they’re gonna cost him his business one day. It would be fantastic if the owner contacted me!! I’m on Google all the time and this is probably one of the worst ratings I’ve ever given. JM

Stumbled upon this place we couldn't get into two others because of the crowds. It was busy but they were able to seat us. Had an outside table which was beautiful. Food was fantastic. Love the menu. Will definitely be back when we're in Saratoga again.

Not great. We were outside and were greeted by a friendly staff member who sat us. Our server came over took our drink order and when she returned we placed our order. We choose the pretzel bites to start, 2 mains of the lobster bisque and a Ruben. We watched as our app sat under the lamp, the busser brought them over. Within 1 bite each of our app he brought over the sandwich. We had no condiments and needed drinks. After noticing I was still waiting for my entree he found our server and she brought out my soup. I couldn’t eat the bisque it was so sweet it tasted like syrup. It wasn’t the fact that our app sat, one persons food came out at the same time as the app while one person waited. It was that our server was practically mia during our meal could see I took 2 bites of my soup and pushed it aside that was an issue.she didn’t ask if maybe it wasn’t hot enough or if something was wrong she promptly brought us the check and for the first time in the meal was an earshot away for the payment. I paid $16 for a soup I didn’t eat but the service was lack luster.
