We went to the store yesterday evening, July 4. The line extended outside, but we saw it was moving so we got in line. Once we got inside, we could see they practically had an army of staff working the counter and serving as quickly as possible. So even though there were a lot of people in line, all six of us had our ice cream within just a few minutes--we were very impressed!

I've been coming here for years and they always have good ice cream and there used to be a very nice young manager there for many years who was also very courteous....we went there today and the milkshake was extremely watered down. About an hour after consuming the milkshake I got very sick... I can only assume the milk was spoiled. Ordinarily I would give one star for food that makes me sick but I'm leaving it at 2 because in the past the ice cream has always been 5 star ( although skimpy scoop portions compared to other Ben & Jerry's).

My daughter didn’t like the strawberry ice cream she received because it was too sweet. We asked if it could be replaced with another kind of ice cream instead, but our request was not accepted. Since she didn’t enjoy it, we left a 1-star review.
I came in about 10 minutes before they closed, Ice cream is good but the lady was rude. Acted like it was a pain to do her job. She acted annoyed when I was interested in a shirt, practically threw the t- shirt at me. I didn’t even have time to look at it
