Lots of flavors and there are a few that aren't sold in stores so it's cool to see. There is a price/value difference in going to a scoop shop vs buying a pint from a grocer - depends what you're looking for. The staff are really friendly and it's awesome they let you sample flavors. Sometimes there is inconsistency with their scoops. I've ordered a dish with 3 scoops and one of the flavors was a teeny scoop which can be a bummer if it's your favorite flavor. One time there was a duck outside that one employee was so kind to. It made me smile.
Parking: Easy location to park and walk to but actual parking near or in front of the shop is rarely available.

The service was on point and omg was the ice cream phenomenal ??❤️? 10/10 highly recommend this establishment for anyone and everyone!!! Heck if you have diabetes even, it's a heck of a way to go out ?
Kid-friendliness: My kids had an absolute blast !!! They have a big board pin-up out front with the face cutouts for kids and people to put their faces through for pictures and my two kids thought it was the best thing ever lol

Felt like the server was rushing us through our order. I ordered the dairy free strawberry cheesecake ice cream and I'm mostly sure I was given the regular. Not a huge deal as I'm not allergic just intolerant but what if I had been? Staff lacks attention to detail.

My husband and I have been here a couple times and usually it’s a really pleasant experience! The staff is typically really friendly, the service is usually great, and the ice cream is bomb. Came here for free cone day and waited in line then an employee came out and held up a sign to cut the line off. My husband and I got out of line and started walking away and then he let the people behind us stay in line. Waste of time, rude and pretty disappointing. I get that it was probably a stressful day for the employees, but I wish we hadn’t been turned away like that, just for the people behind us to be allowed to stay.

First off, Ice cream is always good, duh it’s ben and jerry’s! Second off, i was having a Low blood sugar moment and i felt like i was going to faint. Me and my boyfriend did not have money, as both of our cards were declining due to bank issues during the solar eclipse. I felt like i was going to faint, so my boyfriend went in and asked if there was anything we could get for free, we were both very worried i was going to faint. I forget his name, but the guy who was at the counter gave me a small dish of ice cream and two bananas, which prevented me from fainting! Thanks :)
