Great location and huge inventory of items. We found everything we were looking for. Also, customer service people were very caring and took their time with our new membership needs. Great store.
I am blown away I received All my order of what I chose they delivered when said And the 2 young people who delivered were VERY respectful and sweet I’ll order again and pray I get the same young lady and young man…Extremely refreshing and pleasant experience
Always get a coupon book while shopping here for great savings on items. Books are free.
Today I shopped at BJS with my family and was “helped” by Audra. Audra was by far the worst most demeaning employee I have EVER met. From the time I walked up to self check out she screamed across the check out that the register was closed. I didn’t hear her the first time as I had my infant daughter with me crying. So I went about my way until she again screams at me. Granted the register did NOT say closed. Even the other customers in the store were shocked with how rude and demeaning she was. There wasn’t an eye in the store who didn’t stare at us as if we did something wrong. Once I got established at a new register I started ringing up my items to in which she screams “Stop leaning on the machine”. I was not, and i’m not going to be screamed at by another grown women. You could’ve asked anyone. I was far from even putting weight towards the check out. Then one of my items I forgot to put on the belt after I rang it up. Then she screamed again and ran over and said “I told you that you need to put it on the belt after scanning”. Unfortunately BJs self checkout doesn’t stay consistent with what needs to be put on the belt and what can’t be. After fixing the computer she went through all my stuff and made sure I rang it all up as if I was trying to steal. Then my payment wasn’t going through since I didn’t push the button. She again screamed at me “click debit. It’s not that hard” ! I will not be returning. I will cancel my membership and go to Sam’s Club where I am treated with respect. Audra does not belong in customer service. She should be ashamed. I am not the first and I will definitely not be the last to be treated this way. A family member of mine had a similar instance today upon shopping. Luckily today another associate came over and apologized on behalf of Audra.
Edit: they have removed the self service scanners which made check out super easy. They opted for More self service registers but smaller food 'beds' even though now you must remove all items to scanah the BJs shopping trip. do not enter if you can't afford the exit fee of $100. I have never left that place without spending at least that much. great place for paper goods, butcher/package meat, snack chips and bars, dry cereals. some season items are quite reasonable also but always price check on amazon or walmart for common things.ProTip: BJS online sells discounted Giftcards and you can have them shipped for free usually. easy gift shopping.
I've been quite disappointed with this location lately. I travel roughly an hour round trip to get here and the last 4 times they haven't had the regular rotisserie chickens just the more expensive organic ones that are 1/2 the size if they have anything at all. They seem to be short on stock for many other food items as well and it ends up just being a waste of my time to come shop here. Why am I paying a membership fee and wasting an hour's worth of gas to walk away empty handed with nothing?
If it takes me 20 minutes to ask for two pounds of deli meat their is an issue. Got some slow workers here. Drag there feet no emotion. Bad deli department. Price chopper is where it's at for deli.
Second time this place has been a disappointment. Went there for bulk water, 5 gallon jugs, and there were none on the floor. I would think water would be common enough that you’d have two pallets of it or at least keep it stocked. Keep in mind this was 5pm when folks stop to shop on their way home from work, not close to closing time. Do you know they can’t restock because they don’t have a fork truck driver available? Really? Only one person in a warehouse is certified to use the most important piece of machinery? This is not the first time this has happened at this location. Last Spring they showed bags of crabgrass killer available. After driving 35 minutes to their location to purchase some it was discovered that it wasn’t on the floor, it was stocked in the back and there were no forklift drivers available. There have now been two times that I wasted a trip there. Bring on Costco, BJ’s needs competition.
Absolutely awful. I ordered two items, one of them shipped and the other was out of stock. I was never told the item was out of stock and was just waiting for it to be shipped. These were christmas presents for my children. I ordered on Dec 2nd thinking they would be here in time. I contacted Bj's for assistance. They told me that i should just wait that shipping was taking longer then normal. With the way things are i understood and continued to wait. I was never told the item wasnt available. I reached out again just before christmas and was again told the item was just delayed. I reached out again and was finally told the item wasnt available. I asked for a refund and was told i would receive one in 3-5 business days. it has now been two more weeks and i contacted customer service again and was told the same thing. I would receive a refund within 3-5 business days. I requested to speak with a supervisor and waited on hold for another 15 minutes. I am shocked at the lack of help their customer service team provides. I am very disappoinmted and will not be shopping with them again. If these types of simple issues cant be resolved im afraid of what will happen if i decided to make a big purchase with them. Even though i consider what i ordered to be a decent purchase. Once i spke to a supervisor they told me i needed to provide proof that i was supposed to receive a refund. I provided the request number. Supervisor was then able to see the request had been made. Since when do you ask for a supervisor and they cant even see the issue or the requests. Unbelievable how ridiculous this is. I will be sure to let everyone know that they better not order from Bj's if they expect the item to be processed correctly. And if they have an issue dont expect customer service to help. Still waiting for my refund over a month later
BJ’s has come along way since I began my membership in the 90s on LI NY Famingdale club. It’s changed for the better and especially in the last couple of years dramatically reduced check out times with the introduction of self service check out machines! But ultimately it’s the other changes that really are game changers, the elevation of fresh food offerings such as their meats and produce. I like their service counter at cold cuts and big assortment of cheese available at great prices. The Saratoga Wilton location store has friendly employees, the store is always spotless and has the same value and quality clothing selection as well as all household products and equipment as Costco and Sams club. What I really like is as a snow bird I can shop BJs everywhere I seem to go and have the same exceptional experience I have come to expect from them. I used to have 3 memberships and am now down to BJs only!

June 5th 2021, I went into the Wilton NY Store... I had my service dog with me, he is registered. The lady working at the front front door yelled over to me above the customers she was helping and said " you can't have that Dog in here unless its a service Dog and you Can't have it in the Cart" I said really... yes he is a service dog I have his registration card and I have been in here several times and no one has said anything to me.... She spoke up again and says " they... ( don't know who they is ) just told Me" Apparently right before I got there... All this time she is talking very loud over other customers... so I said " he's a Pomeranian I can't have him walking all over the store" she said it doesn't matter he can't be in the cart... I said okay, Bye and as I was leaving she spoke up again and said the carts are for food.... WOW! I have never been treated so badly because of my service dog the whole time I have and him....I have depression and anxiety that I am on Medication for and he is trained for me.... I was so upset I could hardly walk.... It took me a few hours to settle down and I finally was able to call the store and talk to a Manager... He stated that he knew who I was talking about and he would handle it.... regardless of how it turns out I will never step another foot into a BJ's Wholesale Club again and will not give a good review... I was treated horribly... NEVER AGAIN.... how can they have a person with that kind of disrespect working for them in customer service? I'm only giving 1 star but it means nothing... my membership ends nest month and I will not be renewing it....
Always clean staff are helpful and friendly
