Food 10/10 customer service 10/10 but whomever it was tonight behind the counter that was literally a raging lunatic has got to do better. I’m assuming upper level because at one point she said “all my employees are incompetent”. Learn something : great employees come from great managers. If they need improvement to your liking: educate and motivate not shame and speak down to them. You were very busy, I’ll give it to you that’s stressful. However if that is how they handle stress and high pressure situations; maybe this isn’t the place for you. I’ve always enjoyed coming here and I was willing to wait in line with me and my husband and toddler for 15 minutes if that is what it would take. Thank god that negativity didn’t dull the happiness on the staff, they were all amazing.

Service was great but Pizza was very salty. I expect pepperoni to be but even the sauce had an extremely salty taste. It was overpowering . Lots of good topping options here though.

I have been on a quest forever to find NYC style pizza, that tastes good. Well, on this day I found it, a long with a large assortment of different toppings. If you have never been here, I encourage you to go. You won't be disappointed.

So the last couple times I've been here though the Pizza is good but expensive. Which is fine. I don't mind paying the money but when the front of the house staff is rude to you every single time it gets old management should really look into this.

So many pizzas choices. This was broccoli rabe, sausage, roasted red peppers, onions… enough toppings on one slice to cover a whole pizza.

What kind of an Italian restaurant doesn't give you bread with your meal ? This one does that, I was offered s peice of sub toll !! 🥵 so this pretty much says that your a cheap one, but yet you charge premium prices, so if you're skimping on the bread ,what other low quality ingredients are you using to screw us out of decent food

What a rip off $4.01 for a slice of cheese and she gave me back 99 cent change from a five dollar bill lol

I brought my family to Caputo's for my daughter's birthday. We ordered pizza, antipasto salad, a pasta dish, French fries, lobster bisque, and a calzone to share. Everything was fresh and good. The service was great and the price was descent. I particularly liked the pizza. The sauce and crust reminds me of NY style. I've never ate there before, but I will definitely return for the pizza (they have an extensive pizza selection on display if you want to grab and go a slice). Barstool Pizza, Dave Portnoy gave the cheese pizza an 8.1 six years ago. I agree with him 100%. Zero flop and crispy. Anything over an 8 score is a very good pizza and better than most. I would recommend the combo pizza if that's your thing 👌.

We have ordered take out from here a couple times. The pizza is good…nice base, but I prefer a more crispy crust that has a bit of doughiness to it.

Burned pizza that was like cardboard. Called and was told that they couldn’t do anything because half a slice was eaten. Apparently you have to check the bottom of your pizza before you take a bite. What a joke.

I don't no what you guys did but cheap cheese and sauce alt salt used to be best in saratoga now sad
