Our server gave us good suggestions. The food was very tasty howevervl my steak was not cookedcl as ordered. I asked for medium rare but it came out medium well.
The lobster Benedict was outstanding but everything else fair. Most hot entrees were cold. We had some issues with the table we were given as it wasn't really accessible for a wheelchair, crammed in and hard to navigate, although the restaurant was otherwise empty. We almost had a tripping accident because the table cloth reached the floor. Friendly enough service. An “ok” Mother's Day brunch for 3 with one drink each was almost $200.
The service was excellent. The bar made us mock tails that weren't on the menu. Main entree was delicious, although the underlying vegetables were cold.
Very nice place to hang out in. Couple of things: during lunch time there was a group of seniors playing table games, and they were rather noisy. Another issue we have noticed is that the waitress wasn't wearing a uniform, which we expected for such an upscale restaurant...
Very beautiful place, elegant atmosphere and genuinely best food I've had around here! Tried the portobello sandwich and definitely have a new favorite food :)
Very disappointing experience. Waited a long time for drinks and food when the restaurant was not busy at all. Food was nothing special but the customer service was awful
Short ribs were tender and tasty .. it was New Year's Eve ... so we had to wait a long time to get our food !!!
The Diamond Club no longer has brunch. We arrived, it was empty. We figured, perhaps we're early. Then the waitress brought our menu, it wasn't a brunch menu
Mediocre atmosphere terrible food, service was awful. Took forever to get drinks, another forever for appetizers and a 3rd forever for our entrees. It is easier to eat at the hotel 100%, but you will be disappointed.
had the chicken tacos and fries that were fabulous !
great wine list and food was fresh and delicious with great seasoning
The server Soni was attentive and gave excellent service. Great restaurant 5+++ Stars
Very nice bar and seating — perfect

This is part of the embassy suites at Saratoga springs. It's a wonderful sit-down restaurant with a very active bar and depending on the night, live music. Food is very good seems a little bit pricey but still good. Bartenders super super nice and very involved with the guests and clientele there. It's a great option if you don't want to leave the hotel

Our waitress was fantastic, the food was pretty good. The ambiance could have been improved a bit, the dining area was very bright and it didn't have a comfortable feel. Also thought the bill was a lot for what we received; it was a similar order to the meals we get most weekends at other local spots but was about $25-30 more total for 2 adults and 2 kids.
Kristen was an excellent server and very attentive. From start to finish my family and I were well accommodated.
Terrible food, cold and missing what you ask for. The artichoke dip was tastless as well as the chart borad. The french fries cold...the hightlight the coffe was good. I wouldn't mind but it was 8pm hardly anyone in the place. Seems the kitchen doesn't care how the food comes out...not how it was when the first opened. The manager did cut the bill but still. Not what I expected from a higher end hotel.

I was in Saratoga Springs for a one day summit. Prior to catching the train home, I ordered the tomato pasta with veggies and salmon. The waitress was informed that time was important as I was catching the train. After waiting over 45 minutes for the food, it was asked if food could be prepared to go and the check be closed out. That took another 20 minutes and I was able to make my train. It wasn't until I left that I realized there was no salmon after I was already charged for it.
