Today is Easter and I booked reservations for 3 for brunch over 3 weeks ago; when we arrived they had no record of that, but found us a table so no problem there. Yet, there were myriad problems in every other way. This brunch was managed so inefficiently, with patrons waiting in line over 45 minutes to select menu items or have them prepared to order, as there was a SINGLE line instead of multiple stations where people could quickly receive their meal and be seated. I cannot fathom how this cluster**** was allowed to continue for a long as it did before a manager appeared -- and still didn't know what to do. Another patron told me they had multiple stations last year and it ran far smoother. I resent having had to pay $45 per person for what amounted to a very unsatisfying Easter meal, since, while the food was fairly good overall, holiday meals in particular are not merely about food but also the ambiance and comfort. This brunch provided none of that and many patrons were unhappy if not outright irate having had their expectations dashed. Embassy and Diamond Club should be ashamed of their performance and management today. Kudos to the fine crew in the kitchen who worked so hard with smiles on their faces. They are the heroes of the day. The manager should be fired or demoted as she simply has little to offer in the way of leadership.

Had a reservation for 6:30. We were sat at our table right away. 15 min later, the manager came over to let us know she was sorry, they were down staffed, and our waitress would be over in another 5-6 min. Another 5-10 and the manager took our drink order and food order; we never saw “our” waitress the whole night. We had just been there the previous Friday night and the food and service was excellent so we were surprised but hopeful for our meals to come out. The baked Brie came out overdone and the burger came out with about half a serving of fries. We will chalk this up to an overwhelmed staff/bad night and hope for a better experience should we return again.

James treated us like royalty. He is right on top of his game, recommending the best tequilas. Very outgoing and made us feel right at home! One of the best bartenders I’ve met! 5 stars James’s!

We came for Thanksgiving. I honestly wasn't very impressed, this was base pub fair dressed up as fancy food. Their was a salad bar... Though it was more of a chip bar. Not terrible but many dishes were dry. The salad however was excellent.

Amazing food and a great vibe, surprising to find a t a hotel bar/restaurant. Sat at the bar and had dinner after a very long travel day. Kristi took EXCELLENT care of us! We were so excited to stumble upon this gem.
I really wish we were able to give a better review for dining experience. My husband and I were married at this hotel, so to celebrate our anniversary we thought we would return to the restaurant that catered our reception. We arrived, and they had lost our reservation, so that was not a great start. my husband waited 30 minutes for his old fashioned, and when it was finally brought over, because he asked about it, the ice was almost completely melted, and the drink was watered down. It took about 20 minutes for my glass of wine. It didn't seem busy enough to account for this much of a delay. When attempting to order dinner, my husband was told that they were out of the meal he wanted, which was no big deal. The server offered another suggestion, which he agreed to. After 10 minutes, she came out and informed him that that was also not an option any longer. so he ordered a burger which they luckily had available. That being said, when our food was brought out, it was lukewarm at best. The plates were quite hot, which indicated to us that they were likely sitting under the lamp in the back for a while. If one of our meals was hot, at least we would have understood why the other sat in the back for so long, but that was not the case here. Overall, a special occasion went somewhat uncelebrated because of the various mishaps of the dinner. Maybe it was an off night, but not sure that we will be returning to determine if that was the case.

Seriously I have eaten at every restaurant in Saratoga. All delicious, 15 church , perfect! 30 lake. 13 North. All good but... The Embassy. The diamond club is a hidden treasure. Fair price for a delicious dinner seriously . Probably the best price in town. ...The short ribs are so tender stewed in their own juice, which becomes the absolute delicious gravy piled upon the ribs and the mashed potatoes fluffy fresh delicious So delicious! No worries. The pasta anyway you want is on point the lemon wine. Pasta reminds me of my grandmothers on Sunday. Dinner, fresh citrus al dente pasta fresh mint there's no wrong here. Taco of the day is intriguing. Inspiring avocado cream. Come on stop in and have a bite to eat at this establishment for Saratoga Springs. There's no wrong here.The drinks are delicious. Poured cold. There's no wrong hereVegetarian options: Always will accommodate your needs. Vegan vegetarian, whatever you desireKid-friendliness: Family is family

The restaurant there was terrible. Our service was fine. The food was disgusting we didn't even eat. My kids ate the snacks up in the room for dinner. We called Hilton to let them know and they said that the hotel in Saratoga would get back to us. This hasn't happened yet. Our server was so nice and nice to my children that we didn't dare complain about the meal and just left on satisfied.
