Dock Brown's on Saratoga Lake

Our waiter was excellent. But, the food order was messed up and so we sat for an hour waiting for two sandwiches.

We really enjoyed our dinner at Dock Brown's Lakeside Tavern. The food, service and views were all great. We will definitely go back!

My family had a lovely time at this restaurant. We had 2 young kids with us and they enjoyed the kids meal options. The food was all delicious. The best part of our experience was the staff. From the minute we arrived, the hostess was very friendly. She even went around to find us little lamps so that my children could see what they were coloring! Our waitress was very patient with the kids and with my elderly parents. Even the bus boys made an impression with their politeness and helpfulness. Most of us had hot lobster rolls with a cold beer and it was the perfect combo. Would return again.

Our server, Matthew, was wonderful. He was attentive without rushing us and was sure that we had everything we needed for the duration of the visit. 10/10 would recommend Dock's. Be sure to ask for Matthew.

Dock Brown's is the epitome of hit or miss. I've had two really great, fun meals here, but I've also had three really bad experiences. With the setting and atmosphere, I think everyone should try it once, but don't be surprised if you run into service issues.

Another great evening at Doc Brown's! The food was delicious, and the service and atmosphere were perfect. The view of Saratoga Lake is beautiful, and the warm and cozy vibes in the restaurant made us feel right at home. Thanks for another great evening at Doc Brown's!

Valentine day is always busy I was glad to get a table the food was delicious and service was great

We stopped in for lunch and I ordered the Haddock Fish n Chips, and my husband got the Haddock Fish Tacos. The Haddock was EXCELLENT perfectly golden brown with the right amount of crispy crunch on the crust. The Fish itself was fluffy and flakey and very good. We really enjoyed our fish at this restaurant and would definitely visit again if we are in the area again. The serve was friendly and served us well. The only strange thing was that our drinks were served in plastic cups instead of glasses which we thought was a little odd for a dine-in experience. Otherwise, a great place!

Walked in for a quick bite during the car show and was immediately greeted by a nasty old hag who gave me a hard time about being alone. She made me sit at two different tables while she waited for one to be cleaned and then seemed to forget to notify a server that I was seated. I waited for 15 minutes before I walked up to the bartender to ask if someone would take my order. The bar tender ended up serving me and I had to get up to ask for my tab again. It took me a hour from start to finish just to get a sandwich in a tavern that was not busy. Food was overpriced and underwhelming. Don’t waste your time or money. Service is a joke.

Went here for first time last night. Was super busy but they still got us right in and the staff were super friendly. Didn't have to wait long. Food was amazing. My girlfriend is still talking about how good the grill cheese was. Will definitely be returning here.

Beautiful location right on Saratoga lake and is popular in summer for it's access and lite food with good flavor and choices as well as a wrap around porch. I gave it 4 stars because everything was fine but we had reserved outside seating and they told us it was packed when we arrived. We also had to wait longer than normal for drinks but the server comped us our first round. Lobster roll is excellent!

Despite Google, open table and restaurant website showing open (including making a reservation and receiving a text confirmation), they were closed at 6pm on a Sunday. We had a party of 6 travelers who were tired and hungry and left without a plan. Fortunately the bartender recommended we try Buonasera and it was absolutely fantastic.

Best burger ever And they had gf buns. I never hot the waiter's name but he was terrific!
