I’ve contacted corporate once and said I’d get a call from someone there and that never happened. You wait in line forever and get the rudest people and my food is never correct. We mention it and they give us an attitude.

The drive through of this Dunkin’ Donuts was being operated by the rudest woman ever today. When the drive through machine wasn’t working, I drove up to the window to order instead. This woman rolled her eyes at me and sighed heavily, wanting me to drive all the way around the building and get in the back of the line again. She really shouldn’t be working a job that she hates so much.

This is by FAR, the best dunkin' in the area! There are multiple older women working here who are the sweetest! My boyfriend and i frequent this location almost every other day, and we always have a great experience. Great coffee and excellent customer service! If i could give more than 5 stars i would!

I have gone to this Dunkin donuts every single day for nearly 3 years. Have they occasionally mixed up my coffee or food? Sure. People make mistakes. Has the line been a long wait? Yeah sometimes, during COVID EVERYWHERE has had staffing issues. But you know why I always go to this location? They ALWAYS fox my order, they ALWAYS apologize for my wait, and they are always happy to see me! There's been a few bad staff here and there, what store doesn't have that issue. But over all there team has always been kind, helpful, and doing there best. Getting up early as hell to come in so when I get up early as hell and drag myself through their drive through, barely even a person yet, they can get me some coffee and a bite to eat and wish me well for the rest of my day. I'm fully convinced that anyone who would give this location less than 4 stars is just a Karen who would complain about the sky not being blue enough. Love this Dunkin team!!! Food is always hot, coffee is always fresh, and staff always greet you with a smile.
