The staff, yes. The MANAGER, NO WAY. I usually buy three pounds of GROUND DD COFFEE after picking up my scripts at CVS. This morning I was a bit in a rush to get home (expecting a doctor's call), and ACCIDENTALLY PICKED UP THREE BAGS OF WHOLE BEAN INSTEAD OF GROUND COFFEE. Realized it when I got home (don't live that far from this DD). I called to explain my error, and I asked if I could return the BEAN BAGS FOR GROUND BAGS. NO, NO, NO....
