Relaxed, festive atmosphere. Attentive service. The mocktail with preserved huckleberry and lemon was really enjoyable but the star of the meal was the salmon dish. I order salmon frequently when I eat out but this was the best I can recall having. The cook on it was perfect - crispy outside and moist inside. Served with pineapple, sweet potato puree and a mole. Delicious.

Fantastic food. Highly recommend the fried mushrooms. Our group ended up ordering a wide range of dishes. Everything was delicious. Steak, mushrooms, lamb tartar, scallops, bread, etc.
Wow! Finally had the chance to stop in for more than just a quick drink and Hamlet and Ghost absolutely lived up to my lofty expectations. The Gin Gin Fizz is delicious, you can tell the care the bartenders put into making each drink, and especially the work that goes into developing the drink menu. 2nd century cocktail was complex and intriguing.
I had the lamb Gnocchi, again absolutely delicious, and a very solid portion for the price.
Hopefully I'll be able to find time every time I'm in Saratoga, because the experience is well worth it.

One of my favorite meals ever. The entire staff was knowledgeable and accommodating with gluten free requests. Get the steelhead trout with sweet potato puree. You won't regret it!
Dietary restrictions: They'll mark up the whole menu with gluten free options (most of the menu). They do have a shared fryer, so there's cross contamination for deep fried items.

My wife and I had dinner here last night for our anniversary. The cocktails, food, service and atmosphere were fantastic! We shared the Mushroom Tempura which reminded me of Tokyo (the batter was light and crispy and allowed the mushroom to shine), and the Duck Fat Fries were rich and crispy. My wife had the Garganelli Pasta which was light and flavorful, and I had the Ricotta Gnocchi. My lamb was delicious, and both of our dishes were cooked perfectly. We both enjoyed our cocktails and the service was great. We will definitely eat here again when we make it back to the area. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

First time! We finally got to experience what everyone says is one of their favorites. Hamlet & Ghost lived up to expectations for sure. Every plate was smart & delicious. Best Caesar w/ tangy dressing & lemony white anchovies. Tempura mushrooms = chewy & delicious. Steelhead tartare in a velvety lemon/ caper dressing. The most delicious steak in town / salted / seared/ sliced w blistered peppers & savory potatoes. And the best Old Fashion I’ve ever had. Thank you for a brilliant menu & execution. Can’t wait to sample more!

We sat at the chef's table and had the best meal of our week long stay in the area. Service was friendly and helpful and we felt very welcome.
