Wonderful food as always. Service was great. I wear cochlear implants and it was too loud for me (wifi would solve that problem.) however if you aren't slamming busy in season, you won't stay open. It was slamming busy! Hope to join you for many more years.
We took a large group for brunch. It was a chilly day and, since it is a small restaurant, they had to seat us in the back semi-open bar area, but they had ceiling heaters that kept us very comfortable. Food was tasty and the friendly, efficient waitress gave us great service. It was just what we wanted.
We have been coming to Hatties for decades and it is definitely not as good as it used to be. First of all, the woman who meet you at the front step, was not friendly at all. Second, now they want $12 for a basket of cornbread on your table when you start. They never used to do that. third, I asked for all dark meat when I got chicken and there was a two dollar extra charge for all dark meat. I it was not disclosed on the menu.
