Actually surprised to see so many negative comments about the prices. Was just there last night and we commented how cheap or meals were compared to our usual places. And I enjoyed every bite. Well, I couldn't really enjoy it I was so cold. And I was eating fast so my food wouldn't get cold and just so I could go get warm in my car. I saw the receipt blowing, so pretty sure they had the AC going. It was so freezing, we ate with our winter coats on. Unacceptably uncomfortable.
Love the food and service!
I am leaving this review mostly for a specific employee, Will. He was very helpful and clear when letting me know that the restaurant side ice machine (not the drinks dispensers) was broken. Also, when I went back in for an item that was forgotten, he was the first person to address me while others looked at and away from me.

KFC provides excellent customer service, with staff going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The restaurant has ample parking, including space for RVs. While some customers have had positive experiences with their orders, others have noted inconsistencies in food quality, such as thin tenders with too much batter. Additionally, some visitors have reported stock issues with drinks and napkins. Despite these issues, KFC remains a popular stop for many.
