I was visiting the farmer's market in Saratoga Springs and had the chance to try these tacos. Omgoodness! These were the BEST tacos I've ever had! The carne asada was outstanding. I live in North Carolina so I can't get to Le Capital Tacos very often but when I visit again I'll be sure to be stopping by to get more. Thank you!
We had these tacos at the farmers market at Saratoga State Park and they were incredible! Everyone loved their tacos but the chorizo was definitely a favorite. We will definitely be back.
Went for date night before hockey game. We’ve had their tacos (which are authentic btw) a the food trucks in glens falls. BUT, the heated igloos were a romantic and surprising touch. It was great…fast, authentic, cool, and oh so yummy
