Dined there on a Sunday night. One of the best strip steaks I have had. Prepared to our liking. Service was excellent

My wife and I eat here once every month or two and we usually sit at the bar. Service is very good, food is consistent. We celebrated a friends birthday, order apps, dinner, desert and had a nice bottle of wine. It was overall a great experience and we will continue to go there.

We usually love coming here and never have a problem but our food took 2 hours to come out and we were not offered compensation. Also steak was not cooked how we like it and service was horrible. Very disappointing because we usually love it here

Great location for a night out. Food was great, as always. We always try to come here when we are nearby. Food was delicious and good size portions. Always save room for the creme brûlée!

Morton's always delivers. Superb cocktails, an amazing house salad, Perfectly prepared steaks. What's not to love?

Hosts and servers were all outstanding. Drinks were great, food was very tasty and we knew it would be pricey and it met that expectation for sure.

Dry age ribeye was good. Brussell sprouts were tasteless and the bacon was hard as a rock. The loaf of bread was warm on the outside and ice cold inside. Service could have been better ...refilling water, etc. Noticed waiter paying closer attention to other tables. Got me to thinking they base their attention on how much they think they'll get in a tip. Never again!

Waitress, Lizabeth, was very attentive. She was aware that we recently celebrated our anniversary and brought out a surprise dessert.
Atmosphere was too loud, making it difficult to converse. Filet mignon was perfectly prepared.

We celebrated my Birthday this past weekend at Morton's -- the Hostess was friendly and recognized my Birthday that was identified in our reservation. Our table was decorated with confetti and there was also a placard recognizing that it was my Birthday.

5 Stars for our server Cat. She was professional, courteous, and beyond friendly. She recognized my Birthday and provided us with outstanding service throughout our meal. Kudos to Cat for being a great ambassador for Morton's.

5 Stars for our food/meal. The menu options were vast and flexible. The timing of the food service was excellent. The presentation was exceptional. The food was prepared to our to wishes, and all courses were delicious.

1 Star for the wine list/presentation -- which is why we gave an overall 4 Star rating. This is the third time that we have ordered a bottle of wine and the wine ordered was out of stock -- a note of point, we are ordering some very nice wines. When we were informed by the Manager/Sommelier that our chosen wine was not available we were presented with the Wine List and asked to choose another selection. We ended up selecting a more expensive wine -- the Manager/Sommelier never offered any relief on price due to our original wine choice being out of stock. When we mentioned this to our server ( again, kudos to Cat for her professionalism and customer service skills in dealing with this issue ) she said she would ask the Manager, and later told us that they were going to honor the price on the original bottle of wine. When we received our bill we were charged the price of the replacement wine -- we were not going to make a big deal over $20, but it put a small amount of tarnish on our experience. What should have happened was the Manager/Sommelier should have represented the Wine List and provided us with 2 or 3 similar choices to our original wine, and offered to honor the original price. After having spent my professional career working for a company that lived by the philosophy's of Lean Six Sigma, this is a lesson in Continual Improvement. With this being the third time this has happened to us, we can only imagine that the same is happening to others. Wine inventory management should be looked at and improved, and the procedure/policy of how the customer is informed and treated in this scenario should also be updated.

We love Morton's and will be back, but the above Wine List experience has definitely negatively impacted a number of our past dining experiences.

OUR SERVER JOE, WAS EXCELLENT AND ON SPOT. THE FOOD WAS DELISH AND IT WAS OUR WEDDING ANNIVERSARY AND HE MADE SURE THAT ITWAS ACKNOWLEDGED. WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH POINTS FROM THE LANDRY CLUB ORGANIZATIN BUT I WILL REMEDY THAT WITH THEM. ANYWAY, IT WAS A GREAT NIGHT AND OUR SERVER WAS THE BEST.

So the usually very consistent Morton's was not good last night. Maybe the reason it was off was because it was packed. We ordered the 36oz porter house for two at $189. We asked for the temperature to be MR which is normally a warm red center. When it arrived, it was medium well with barely any pink. What's worse is the chef sent it out knowing it was over cooked because it was cut up. They also charged more than the price listed on the bourbon menu. They should be checking the prices on the wine list and drink list to ensure they are accurate. We will be back, but it will take us a few months to get over this not so great experience and I will never order a cut of meat for two again.

Overall dining experience was outstanding. However, it was very dark which made it hard to read menu & wine list. Moreover, the background noise/music made it hard to hear server & table conversations.

large portions of very rich food of varying quality, at high prices. One expects to pay high prices for premium beef but one of our two steaks was not that great, in fact I sent it back because it was horribly oversalted. They got it right the second time but it was not outstanding. The sides are all gigantic and very rich - for example they don't offer a plain baked potato, only loaded with too much cheese, sour cream and bacon for $14-. The relative bargain is the prix fix surf & turf four course meal which is $85, which they won't tell you about unless you ask for it (disingenuous). For two people, if one gets that and the other just an entree you'll have more than enough food. We also had two desserts, one good (chocolate mousse) and one bad (key lime pie). Service was adequate and reasonably attentive.

If you have anyone in your party with hearing loss, pick another restaurant. Background noise makes communication difficult which detracts from the celebratory experience we were going for. Beef options were many and all enjoyed, sides were huge and could have easily been split between several in our party. Our server was attentive and pleasant. She could have done a better job focusing on the celebrant in our party who has pronounced hearing loss which we did communicate with her.
