Service was great! Ordered sweet potato rolls (soooo good crunch and texture and flavor) and vegetarian sushi burrito with cucumber tofu skin and carrots and mango sauce! Really good combination. Response time was within 10 minutes for main dishes, vegetable spring rolls (they are under entrees and go by a different name) took about 5-7 mins (extremely hot)

**Stopping in to say: this review still holds up. Osaka is consistent in amazing quality.**
Fresh ingredients, great selection. Fair price for good food and the staff is very attentive.
I’ll admit, I’m no expert with sushi. I’ve eaten here with my son several times over the past year or so; we’ve also ordered takeout. The staff are always very kind and attentive. The prices are reasonable. The food is delicious. Nothing left to be desired. 🙂

The service was truly outstanding! The food was delicious. This was a pit stop for our family on a long drives and the reviews did not steer us wrong. The place is a bit tight, but totally a great value. It’s clear this little establishment strives for excellence!

Osaka fusion is something out of a anime scene. The restaurant is cute. It's cozy. It's beautiful! It is culturally amazing. The staff there from the guy behind the sushi counter to the cooks in the back the waitresses. Everyone has a beautiful vibe and Aura about them. They're so positive they are very friendly. My family and I have dined here multiple times and every single time it is always a hit. The food is great. The drinks are great. The service is great.

Great little Japanese eatery with amazing, fast, and attentive service. Sashimi is perfect and the rolls are absolutely incredible. Best pork dumplings I've had anywhere. Easily the best establishment for sushi in Saratoga.

This is a place where my girlfriend's and I frequent the most for lunch dates. We love the food, especially the sushi, the service and the atmosphere. I recommend it to everyone.

Sean, Ivy, and the entire staff consistently go above and beyond. You can tell they genuinely care about both the customers and the quality of what they serve.
The team is always accommodating and attentive, making sure everything is just right. The sushi bar staff is highly conscientious, and it shows - everything is professionally prepared with great attention to detail.
What really sets this place apart is that every visit feels like a personalized, special experience. Consistently excellent food, great atmosphere, and outstanding service.
Highly recommend.

Amazing service. Came with my kids and they quickly accommodated any request. They made us feel like royalty. Shrimp tempura was fresh and crisp. Shrimp shumai was perfectly tender.

I go to this restaurant at least once a week, and it’s genuinely my favorite sushi spot. The food and service are consistently excellent. Every time I go, everything comes out fresh, well-prepared, and exactly how I expect it, which is why I keep coming back so often.
One thing I really appreciate is how reliable the menu is. I’ve tried a wide variety of dishes here, and I can confidently say that everything is good. If you’re going for the first time, I definitely recommend the sushi burrito, it’s unique. They’re also very accommodating when it comes to modifying dishes.
The overall experience is just as good as the food. Even on busy nights like Fridays and Saturdays, I’ve never had to wait too long for a table, which says a lot about how well they manage the space. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and efficient without being overwhelming. Takeout is also super easy and reliable. Orders are always ready on time, packaged well, and just as fresh as dining in. It’s one of those places you can count on whether you’re eating there or ordering out. For drinks, their Thai iced tea is a must, perfectly sweet and really refreshing. My personal go-to order is the salmon wrap appetizer, which I usually get as my main. It’s lighter than traditional rolls since it has no rice, just fish, vegetables, and an amazing sauce.
Overall, this place never disappoints. The quality, consistency, and value make it somewhere I genuinely look forward to going to every week.

The tuna carpaccio was delicious. Not a fan of the seafood salad, miso soup, and rock shrimp that was too oily with little sauce and flavor.
Wish they had spicy tuna on crispy rice!
cozy spot with good bites. food was fresh & made promptly. shared wait service, tight seating, all tables next to the bar or front door.
great stop for a nice meal with plenty nearby.
