I would give this pretentious place zero stars....I went there alone one summer night and sat outside...I had a couple cocktails ...baby squid for the main dish and honestly don't remember the rest of what I ordered because I was traumatized by the fact that I already felt discriminated against by the vibe I got and I sent the squid back bcuz it was inedible ...it was like plastic and the gen z waitress gave me a hard time bcuz I sent it back ....like how dare I and I asked if they couldn't give me it cooked so I could chew it then I would like something else or it off the bill...she disappeared and I was sipping my cocktail and cops showed up asking me what the problem was! I could not believe it ...she came back with the squid in a box and I paid and got the hell out of there. Arrogance beyond comprehension....It's a distopian dump for people who get plastic surgery and where designer labels and have poor palettes and elite attitudes LMAO

PSA sides are barely shareable. Maybe between two people they are fine but no more than that. Prices are insane for the portion sizes and food quality. I have had better steaks for less money. Service was solid. Honestly have a hard time recommending this place at all.

Service was great, server was very friendly and attentive. The food is decent but not even close for what they charge. It’s NYC prices and the quality just isn’t there

Sub par service
Sub par overpriced food
Spend your money at one of the other great restaurants in Saratoga, this one isn’t it.

It’s a vibe and nice to be in. The food is good, David Burke branded so you can get some of his signature dishes.

Excellent service. Lovely wine at a fair price. Fish entrees terribly overcooked. Truffle fries unbearably salty. Definitely not worth the price tag

Staff was friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was modern and cozy with the fire going. The Veal chop was superior but the portion size was very small for a 70$ chop.

Ever since Bobby Flay was at this place I wanted to go. What an epic disappointment. Food was okay but grossly overpriced. The wedge salad for $19.00 (are you kidding me) was drenched in dressing. If you are looking for a great steak, go to the Capital grill or Fleming’s. Dont blow your money here!

I usually never write reviews. Very privileged to have been to more than 30+ Michelin star restaurants as a 21 year old.

My verdict is this is the best steakhouse in upstate New York, period. If not the best restaurant in upstate.

I wish they offered more exotic cuts such as real Japanese Wagyu beef but you can’t deny they know how to cook a piece of steak. Most steakhouses can’t cook anything else good besides steak, this is definitely not the case.

Service: Valet was excellent, kept my buddy’s McLaren & my corvette safe and upfront.

Only criticism is we were seated next to the washroom area and had to speak to the staff a few times to be moved (when the restaurant was half empty).

Hi We love eating here as the location, atmosphere, service and steaks are all top quality. I have one suggestion/ complaint. It is tomato season and Saratoga farmers have outrageously great heirlooms yet my $19 tomato salad was far from the amazing experience I expected in August. The tomato tasted like a winter tomato and the accompanying sorbet was just weird. May I recommend Old World Farm at Saturdays Farmers Market as an excellent source. See pic below

As hoped, the steak was outstanding! There was even a small cut. It was perfectly cooked and richly tasty. Most impressively is a meat-forward restaurant that has exquisite vegetarian offerings. The decor is modern horse-centric. The service is excellent--attentive, polite, knowledgable, and at times very amusing. High priced, so a good celebration destination.

The food was the BEST we have had in Saratoga - well seasoned (not salty), well-plated - service was outstanding - attentive but not hovering - our server, Carly, was there when we needed her and just appeared. She could not have been sweeter!! It got a little loud in the lounge when a large party came in for drinks before going to their table but then it was the perfect noise level (can't control that part of the evening!) It was a big birthday dinner for our trip to Saratoga and the staff was wonderful - even a candle on the dessert plate. We had Shrimp Cocktail and Carly understood when I said I needed extra horseradish!! Scallops and Filet for entrees - exquisite. The bread was SO SO GOOD and I'm not a bread eater at dinner - we ate 2 loaves!!! Dessert was Chocolate Salted Caramel deliciousness with vanilla ice cream - perfect sweet and not too salty!! We are in Saratoga a few times a year and eat our way through town during our entire stay. This was the best meal in 10 years!
