Friendly staff, nice and clean, and good ☕️!

Rita welcomed us with the biggest smile and was genuinely so sweet, such a true asset to Starbucks. She took a minutes to chat with us and tell us about Marlow the adorable dog, which made our stop feel extra special. The drinks and food were very good too, lol, but honestly I’ll be coming back just to say hi to Rita!

It was a busy Saturday morning. The service was slow, and despite saying my order was ready I still waited for nearly 15 min to get my order which was placed a half hour earlier. The bright spot was Rita who was the lone point of control and hospitality among the chaos of other employees running into one another and not engaging the customers. You need one Rita to every three other employees, and she needs a raise.
