Well hyped location that absolutely lived up to expectations. Emily was great behind the bar. Meatballs are fantastic and somehow light. Cacio I Pepe was excellent.

Outdoor seating is a huge plus during the summer! Many gluten-free options available, and they even make their pasta from scratch which is hard to find at any restaurant nowadays.

It’s a great dinning experience at the Solevo. The portions are generous, and the staffs are friendly and accommodating. One of the best lasagna I had in a while! The oyster Rockefeller was just ok. Overall a good Italian meal. Definitely be back to explore more dishes. The chicken scrap was delicious with crispy skin and heavy on spices.Street parking and lots too. Would definitely recommend to make reservations.

Although this is more American Italian than Italian, they do a great job. Great wine offerings, clever cocktails, good service, and nice ambiance.

Classic Italian spot. It was busy on a Tuesday night, but we got seated right away. The service was amazing, the waiter recited a few special items and drinks for the day. The food came out quickly and the portions were HUGE. It would’ve been 3 meals for me. It’s a great place to eat around Saratoga and a classic that’s loved by the locals.

Food is always great. One of the few restaurants that actually make their own pasta. Making fresh gnocchi is very rare, even when other restaurants claim they do because most people won't know the difference. The gnocchi was very smooth but still firm, I like how they pan seared it too, and the sauce was flavorful and balanced with the sage and other spices.

We’ve been wanting to try Solevo for a long time and were in the area for the weekend so finally had the opportunity. It did not disappoint. Service was excellent. And the food as well. Highly recommend the greens and beans and Caesar salad starters. The eggplant chips were the only starter we had that was just ok. All the entrees were great. Highly recommend the osso bucco, cacio pepe and il cortile.

Celebrating a 70th Birthday I asked my family and friends to join me for dinner. Accommodating the reservation was graciously acknowledged including my leaving a credit card in advance to “treat” my guests. We arrived and I ordered two very nice Heitz Cellar Cabernet Sauvignon bottles of wine. We ordered multiple appetizers with salads and entrees. Having been a chef/restaurateur for 35 years, I planned on having my guests back to my house for dessert. Unfortunately for me to complete my dessert production, I was in need of some coarse salt to top off decadent chocolate chip cookies. I explained my salt need (2 Tbs.) to my excellent server and she passed on my request to the kitchen. She appeared upon our dinner completion with a “literal pinch” of coarse salt. I explained my need once again for the 2 Tbs. of salt and indicated if the restaurant needed to charge me, go ahead. I get the 2 Tbs. in a small to-go container with a bill for $10.98. I immediately asked to speak with the manager and after explaining how I just spent $900.00 for the party of five, including a 20% gratuity, indicated that the exorbitant cost for the salt was unreasonable and downright rude. He then tried to explain that the owner said he had to purchase the salt and why should he be giving it away. The bottom line was that the manager took back the $10.98 bill but unfortunately left me with an awful sense of incredulousness that I couldn’t comprehend. Obviously, the owner is doing well enough to embrace such an inconsiderate path and I don’t understand how that bad attitude promotes the successful bottom line of seeking a “happy customer”. Needless to say, I won’t be returning if that’s how my spending the $900.00 was considered.

This place is pretty upscale. You can go in nice jeans and a button or suit and dress. The waitstaff was very knowledgeable on their dishes and their cocktails were pretty good. Legit only thing was some red sauce based dishes like Chicken Parm were on the salty side. I got lobster which was amazing but my partner and the couple at the table next to us said the Chicken Parm dish was pretty salty. Waitstaff was great about swapping it with something else though.
