When you look at the Starbucks brand you look at quality. You are staring quality right in the face. That's what you pay for and can expect. I would give 1,000 stars to Starbucks. Hats off.

I got coffee with espresso. I got the dark roast. The coffee was barely warm.. The girl there said she could make another pot but the barista said the other pot was the same temperature so I didn't bother to have them make another cup.I normally don't complain but a nice hot cup of coffee is what I expected. They did not seem to care or bother . Not the best customer service at all and we are paying a premium price for Starbucks coffee.
