Protip: Hire a cashier and someone to manage your phones rather than make a single employee be overwhelmed juggling 3 jobs.Edit: Thanks for taking the time to professionally address my concerns. Given that I was unable to try the food, I will ammend my review for now and in the future I hope to be able to get you a 5 star review when I get back out there, because all the food looked great. My biggest issue was that we had already waited for some time before finding out that a reservation would be required. Some of this could be avoided in the future if you had something like "reservations recommended" or potentially a "current wait time: xx:xx" sign could reduce some complaints. I hope you find some more help soon, for being understaffed is much harder on the employees than the customers.

Always Great Food and Friendly & Efficient Service. The portions are very generous. The Coffee is outstanding and is available in both medium and dark roasts. An enjoyable cozy cafe/bistro atmosphere. An all around great dining experience. Highly Recommended!

Sweet Mimi's provided probably the best meal on our vacation in and around upstate, NY. The breakfast was delicious and the service friendly. The only thing is that they are so busy because everybody clearly loves it so much, so there was a wait. The baked goods looked amazing and everything we tried was great.

The food was delicious and generously portioned. Even my picky husband enjoyed his egg sandwich (not pictured). The scallion pancakes (not pictured) were savory and the best pancakes my son has every tried. We would absolutely recommend and come back next time we're visiting. The coconut pancakes and challah French toast were amazing. The staff was really friendly and very accommodating.

THIS PLACE???chefs kiss!!my boyfriend and i come here almost twice a week because the food is OUTSTANDING!!their waffles are amazing, and the BLTA is to die for. you’d think “oh it’s just a blt” BUT ITS NOT!! the wait can get a little long but it’s definitely worth it. highly recommend to anyone who lives in the area or is visiting! definitely stop by and grab yourself some breakfast?
We had Sweet Mimi's cater my Wedding Day Breakfast at The Adelphi Hotel in the bridal suite on 10/21/23 and they were fantastic! The food is always excellent and whenever we visit Saratoga, we don't miss out on a great meal there! Working with Jeannette for our wedding day breakfast at The Adelphi Hotel (down the block) was wonderful. We ordered for 15+ people that day for just the ladies. My husband actually went there in person with about 15 guys and also had a top notch experience there. Jeanette is the owner who is extremely kind, helpful, and understanding of how difficult the day of prep is before the wedding and wanted to make the process as seamless as possible (and granted our wishes to accommodate us both for dining in and delivery on our big day). Our entire group loved their breakfast and we can't thank Jeannette and her amazing team enough! We recommend whole heartedly Sweet Mimi's for dining in if you can get a spot as they don't take reservations and are very popular, and for delivery for your special event. Mimi’s is my happy place! Comfortable and airy atmosphere with friendly people and great food. Seating is cozy which we don’t mind but can understand some may not like. Staff were fantastic. Everyone did what needed to be done to feed people and get them on their way and all with smiles. Go knowing you’ll probably have to wait (worth it!) and seating is snug (but not uncomfortable).

Not to be dramatic but Sweet Mimi’s is a religious experience. I almost cried eating their French toast. It’s that good, I promise.
This was our first time here during our multiple visits to Saratoga. The food was good, but biscuit was a bit dense. Bacon pancakes were a tad undercooked unfortunately. Loved the vibe of the restaurant and small feel. Server was kind but quick. I would return but maybe try something else next time.
