Nice local restaurant very close to Saratoga Race Track. It has reasonable prices and the appetizers and food were very good. Service was very good as well. Also had some live music which was nice.
Brussel sprouts were a very large portion, very flavorful and fantastic.short ribs were cooked to perfection, flavorful and very tender.called for availability and they were able to get us a table within 15 minutes on a Friday night; excellent service all-around.would highly recommend.
We were very happy with Brook Tavern! It has a cozy local tavern vibe. My wife had the pulled pork & I had the pulled pork/mac 'n cheese. Both were delicious, pleasing mild smoke flavor & generous portions. We weren't even expecting entertainment but they had a young singer/guitarist who was very talented. We sat right near him & it wasn't too loud either. You could still carry on a conversation while listening. My Bourbon pour didn't disappoint...
