Amazing people! It has an indoor smoke lounge (certified by NYS). I love the owner. Very welcoming environment. Definitely check it out. Also, karaoke nights on Wednesdays. Indoor live piano and great food.
Came here while I was in town as we were walking down the streets through downtown Saratoga Springs, there were several restaurants we were considering. I am so glad we chose The Wine Bar…the food was delicious , customer service was fantastic and the ambience was nice.
I ordered the beef tenderloin with a baked fry, a baked potato that was fried first time having that as well as the green beans everything was delicious. I left nothing on my plate....

This business saved my Valentine’s Day - the owner was courteous enough to squeeze us in with a last minute reservation, but we had no idea the gem we uncovered. Extensive drink options, indescribable food, beautiful atmosphere. Couldn’t be happier!
