Killer pizza and epic choice of beers made on site. Excellent tuna and shrimp tacos too. Oh - and a great vibe/atmosphere (in a former newspaper building a block from City Hall) with an American skateboard/graffiti/music decor - what more could you want? (good breakfasts and coffee too)

Loud, crowded, not enough tables, food is below average and so overpriced. Worst place we tried in Saratoga. Never returning.

This place is great - plenty of choice on the beer menu, excellent Detroit style pizza and many other options. A go to place!

Delightful spot for quick drinks and bites!! Fantastic service, nice ambience. Whatever their burger special is, get that. Or egg rolls. But you really can't go wrong here!

We were looking for a dog friendly pub and discovered the Witman. Dogs allowed on the patio and inside in the lower level lounge. Plus the atmosphere, the food, and the beer was fantastic.

We stopped in on a Friday afternoon while traveling and after checking out some shops in town. There was no wait and we sat at a table. The beer was good. The atmosphere was laid back. We didn’t eat any food. We had parked in a garage and walked around so I’m not sure if there is a lot here or not - I wasn’t paying attention to that. Our bartender/server was friendly.

One of my favorite breweries in upstate NY. I love the building overall but, the decor and vibes are up there as well.

We always check out local breweries in our travels. A bit off the beaten path but you should go here if beer is your thing. They have one of the best IPA’s I’ve ever had in all my travels. They have a solid lineup of other styles as well. We ordered a pepperoni pizza not expecting much and the Detroit style was amazing with a super crispy thick crust and a great sauce.
Tristan, the bartender was quick with samples, super knowledgeable and very personable.
We visit occasionally for concerts at SPAC and this will always be a must stop.

The beer and service was great but the food was not.

We had a great dinner at the brewery/bar/restaurant. We really felt very welcome. Great service. The cold noodles were delicious, and the tune tacos were as they should be. Unfortunately, we live in Houston, Texas, because we would really like to come again.

excellent overall, both food and vibe. big place connected inside to an adjacent cafe and outside patio. it’s clean and spacious but not crowded on a friday during track season. pizza was 50% off for happy hour; got 2 and got a box for the other one, boom! shoutout to the staff member who told me about the happy hour deal. pizza was very good (7.2) and service was quick and simply; pay beforehand, walk up. refreshing down to earth place in self important saratoga. 5 star, which don’t get passed out easily.

Awesome food and beer selection , fantastic atmosphere, friendly staff all the way from the bartenders to the waiters to the management! Can’t recommend it enough
