Today was my first time at this location. I wanted to try the chicken tenders and fries for lunch. I definitely was not disappointed. They were the best chicken tenders and fries that I’ve had in quite some time. I definitely would be going back there again.

Normally one of my favorite places for fried food, but they dropped the ball this time, completely unforgivable.
Toothpick in one of my taquitos, bit into it. Wasn’t even holding it together like some sort of hors d’oeuvre, the thing was in the filling lengthwise like some sort of booby trap.
Really the cherry on top of what I feel has been a period of slow decline.

I only leave an honest opinion so first the service was good. I had delivery which was pretty quick so a plus there. The food the most important part and I’m sorry but a major disappointment and I was looking g forward to trying this place. The taste for pretty much everything was bland, where is the flavor? The chicken dry, the taquitos Im guessing premade and frozen, the pupusas it said a stuffed tortillas….that was not a tortilla and not stuffed either that was like a pancake with stuff mixed in. The rice I know for sure not fresh at all tasteless and extremely dry, the fish was ok and the fries ehhhh ok but not crisp. Hopefully others may have a better experience.

One of the cash register girls spoke absolutely with disregard and disrespect. Luckily another woman came up and was more professional..Speaking condescendingly to customers is uncalled for. You dont know what people are going through and perhaps have some customer service training. As we left they gathered and were laughing so we will not be returning. Hatties or dizzy chicken are much better options least you are treated with decency.

The chicken is kind of mid and overpriced if you get a flavor added to it. I definitely think that the texture is amazing perfectly crispy, but the flavor itself is very lackluster and not memorable. I got their garlic Parm and I thought that it could’ve used a little bit more seasoning. It literally just tasted like butter and Parmesan like no salt or any pizazz I barely tasted the garlic.

My fiancé and I ordered chicken wings tonight. They were over fried and super fatty. Both got sick. Definitely will not return. Also these prices are kinda crazy.

I have to say that I never usually write reviews but this place is 🔥 First thing is the young woman at the register was just amazing!!! Great personality for this restaurant. We order the garlic parm wings, cooked perfectly. Garden salad, so fresh and then the 4 pc fried chicken and man, this is the BEST fried chicken that we have ever had. So good that we will be stopping back before we hit the road back to Boston

I'm sorry to say, but I was not impressed with my first experience. I ordered the cowboy sandwich and a side of mashed potatoes, my coworker ordered the chicken dinner with Mac & cheese and Spanish rice. I work about 5 minutes away and when I sat down to eat, my sandwich was ICE COLD, and my mashed potatoes were barely warm. The sandwich comes with bbq sauce on it, but I asked for it on the side, but when I opened the box, my sandwich was slathered in it. The bbq sauce was very overpowering and it made my sandwich soggy. If the sandwich was hot and the sauce was on the side, like I asked, it might've been ok. The chips that came with the sandwich were soggy for the most part, but the ones that were crispy tasted alright. The mashed potatoes were just ok, nothing special, and could've used more gravy. My coworker enjoyed the chicken, he said it was flavorful, but he didn't care for the Mac or the rice. I may give this place another shot to try the chicken, and I might give the sandwich another go, if it's done the way I asked for.
