Fritzsche's Bakery Reviews
The woman who owns the place has an attitude more days than not. I feel like she's doing me a favor. Very short and curt responses. Don't bother with special requests, they don't like to go out of their way.
I used Fritzsche's as the baker for my wedding cake and they were fantastic to work with! The cake was so delicious and gorgeously decorated. It had 3 tiers; 2 vanilla cake tiers with strawberry mousse and 1 chocolate cake tier with chocolate mousse, with a buttercream frosting on the outside of it. All of our guests loved the cake and everyone was asking who our baker was. I'm so happy we decided to go with my hometown's baker as our wedding cake baker! Thanks so much!
I ordered a mocha cake for my brother’s bday and it was so beautifully decorated and really delicious! The rainbow cookies are also so good! The staff are friendly and helpful & I love that this bakery is in my town!
