The fried rice with Korean beef and baby bok choy was a delight – each grain perfectly seasoned and tender, elevated by fluffy scrambled eggs and aromatic fresh shallots. The Korean beef, glazed in a sublime sweet and savory marinade, paired beautifully with crisp baby bok choy that retained its vibrant color and satisfying crunch. The bulgogi beef bao buns were incredible. These pillowy-soft steamed buns cradled succulent beef, crisp lettuce, and their signature sauce that creates an addictive harmony of flavors. Each bite delivered layers of texture and taste that left me craving more. The service was impeccable – warm, yet professional, and clearly passionate about their craft. Sayville has found its culinary gem.
