I rarely order breakfast out, but I hit the jackpot when ordering French Toast today! In all my travels I can honestly say I’ve never had French Toast this delicious! Not overly sweet, thick challah bread, and a hint of high quality vanilla. My order was ready when I arrived and packed very well. The deli was clean and attractive inside. I will surely return and try other menu items.

Little pricy. Paid 17$ for two breakfast sandwiches.very delicious! Eggs were a little over cooked but thats better then runny . Rolls were fresh. Very impressed

Parkville deli sandwiches are wonderful. I’ve tried many different specialty sandwiches they offer and they’re all amazing, but their BECs and BLTs are perfect for me, which is an important quality for delis in my opinion. Both BECs and BLTs here have perfect ratios with their ingredients and are never skimped out. Highly recommend this place if you just want a simple sandwich or if you wanna try any of their wide varieties of hot and cold sandwiches. Also, despite their high volume of orders on the phone and online, I rarely wait long when I order at the counter.

I have been going to Parkville for the last 2 years. I have never had anything negative to say about the food service or staff has always been my #1 go to.

That being said - this evening while eating my macaroni salad, I felt something sharp &, hard in my throat,,lodged in an awkward position that began to make me physically choke - to the point my husband (thankfully he was right next to me) had to physically remove this piece of METAL that was caught in my throat.

Between straight up choking, and the physical damage it did to my throat, mouth, this may be something I take civil action against. And will be contacting the owner in regard to.

I am Firm when I say that the staff is an absolute pleasure in the service has always been quality, but I am absolutely beside myself that I had to endure this experience today, especially from the Deli that I held at very high standards.

Wasted my time for an hour only to cancel my order.

Overall a great deli and probably the best in town. Ordered a Reuben on 6/4/25 and it was one of the best Reuben’s I’ve ever had. Unfortunately the egg sandwiches have been hit or miss lately.

Consistently get my order wrong since there has been a change in the kitchen. $9 for an egg sandwich you better get the order correct.

Update *5/20/2025 the last ten times I have ordered (weekly) they have put ketchup on my sandwich. With the price increase they need to get my order correct. I can get more accurate service at Burger King at this point.

I've ordered here a dozen times now from on phone to Uber and just walking in. Hands down the best sandwich in town, however the service is terrible for the price. This past weekend I walked in to overflowing line and was told by other customers they order on the phone and still were waiting twenty minutes. Other customers were walking out on their meals because it was taking so long. Mine was Uber order for pick up (I am not an Uber driver but they still couldn't understand that) and they made the bagel and just completely forgot the egg sandwich. The tickets were all out of order and being made at random. It's a shame a really good deli finally opens up and there's no leadership in the kitchen to get things under control. The staff looked stressed out front as well. Overall if your willing to wait and pay $$$ for breakfast or lunch it's ok.

On a recommendation I contacted Parkville Deli to cater my daughter's baby shower. I chose their breakfast buffet with a couple of add ons. I did all of the ordering and decisions over the phone with Victoria and Rick. They made it super easy and made sure to discuss every detail. On the day of the shower, Victoria and Rick delivered the food and set it up at the venue. Everything was very fresh and beautifully presented. They made sure we had everything we needed and paid attention to all of the details. Our guests enjoyed the delicious food! I couldn't have been happier with the whole experience. We have ordered from Parkville quite a few times at work and the sandwiches are usually very delicious.

Today, we ordered on uber eats and ordered two different roast beef sandwiches. On the one in the special request I had asked for gravy on the side. When the sandwich arrived there was no gravy. For the second sandwich the sandwich was supposed to be hot with melted Swiss. The sandwich was cold and no Swiss at all.

I know when you complain on uber the store can sometimes be penalized so I wanted to call the deli to let them know of the errors. When I called the person who answered advised that the first sandwich didn't come with gravy and that would have been extra. I have never been charged extra for gravy from any other local deli but that is fine. However when I mentioned the error on the other sandwich the man very rudely said to contact uber with no apology. Bad customer service on their part.
