This is the best pizza in Sayville and probably the best pizza on the south shore. Nothing comes close - sauce, crust, options. All good!

Just moved to Sayville and I ordered for pick up for the first time. The younger women who was running the cashier was rude. She was on a call so I waiting until she was off the phone. And once she got off the phone, she asked rudely “are you being helped”. No “hi”.. no greeting.. I said I had ordered for pick up and gave her my name. She walked away, came back out, put the pizza on the counter and said my total. When she said my total, she gave a look of concern as if I couldn’t afford it. 7 dollars is not breaking bank for me. She then walked away again before I even finish pay. Poor customer service. I’ve dealt with micro aggressions my whole life and the last place I was expecting it was from a pizza restaurant.

Visited Umberto’s with another vegan and an omnivore. We all loved it. Super sweet mom and pop, food came out quick and was delicious. There is a separate vegan menu so it’s easy to figure out what we can eat. I had meatballs and spaghetti with garlic knots.

We love their spaghetti bolognese, it’s a staple for parties at my house. Their pizza is the only pizza in the area that actually has an airy, light and pleasantly chewy texture and their sauce is vibrant and tangy with fresh basil, not that overly sweet overly cooked stuff. Very respectful owners who do right by their customers.
I had the vegan Margharita pizza, and it was really good!

So I walk in very friendly young lady behind the Counter! I spot what looks like a fresh 1/2 MB and 1/2 Pepperoni Pie(thick crust) so I said I will take a MB Slice So I pay $9.25 for the Slice & Soda! I bring Slice to seat to eat after they heat it up. Here’s the Kicker , one round piece of MB on it and 1/2 of piece of MB on the Slice! They gave me a different Slice then from the fresh pie they caught an attitude when I said there’s NO BALL ON THE SLICE. That’s disgraceful not cutting from the Pie I looked at in the Show case. Don’t like being deceived!!
