Always love this restaurant and love bringing friends as well. And we just did that and they loved it too. Looking forward to returning. My only ׳complaint' was that it was kind of hot. The a/c was certainly on, but, between the outdoor high temp and the indoor high ceiling, it was a little uncomfortable. But, this issue will disappear in a few weeks.
We had not been here in awhile ---it was lovely --low key, excellent waiter, delicious crispy hen anddprosciutto and melon--my husband asked for a special sauce he loves and it was excellent--they were not busy so the chef made it for him--oil, capers, anchovies garlic---his favorite. that is about it. we enjoyed it I had a prosecco and he had a wonderful red!!! great to go back and look forward to returning always. Have been going here for years. Often for family celebrations. And have never been disappointed. The chef takes pride in the food which is excellent. Service is amazing and important to us since we are often traveling in to meet, they don't rush us out which is appreciated. Prices creeped up a bit it seems (as with most food) and tiramisu may be a bit pricy, but since we love quality tiramisu, we ordered one each when it could easily have been shared. Thanks Cafe Alaia!
