Worse chicken and Lomo Saltado we’ve ever had. We were very disappointed with the quality of the entrees. The buttermilk chicken bites looked good but one seemed that a bite was taken out. Rostiq Rotisserie is a new local gem offering excellent food for a reasonable price. The rotisserie chicken is cooked to perfection, and other dishes like the roasted salmon, lomo, chicken sandwich, smash burger, and chaufa rice with steak are also great and flavorful. Sides are delicious, including crispy brussel sprouts, plantains, Mac and cheese, cauliflower, fries, broccoli, and the crispy Parmesan fingerling potato. The green sauce for the chicken is one of the better sauces tried.
The service is great, very friendly, and exceptionally hospitable. The presentation of the food is exceptional. On a busy Friday night, food comes out rather quickly, with seating and food in about 20 minutes. The simpleness of the flavors and the quality of the food is unreal for the price. The experience leaves no negative thoughts, making it a restaurant customers look forward to visiting monthly and hope stays for decades.
