I tried the birria quesadillas for the first time and the flavors melded perfectly throughout every bite. I didn’t wait long either and shout out to Eduardo for his hospitality and delicious recommendation.
I stopped by Mexellent Cuisine while I was in the area, and I'm really glad I did. Parking can be a little challenging nearby, but there is paid street parking right in front, which makes things a little easier if you can grab a spot.

Mexellent Cuisine is a small, family-operated take-out spot with a few seats for eating in. This new business is continually improving, offering delicious dishes that have never disappointed. The menu features juicy burgers, crispy tender chicken wings, taco platters, and the Quesabirria, paired perfectly with fries, salad, or rice. The food is fantastic and the customer service is wonderful and pleasant. Everyone loved the food and the service goes above and beyond.
