Great 🧋 boba!… would return
A young lady provided poor customer service and I want the manager to be aware.
While my son and I got our ice cream my husband ordered bubble tea. We paid for our items and another employee (Hailey?) asked if he wanted to place and order he let her know the other young lady took his order and they looked over to her, the young lady was just finished with his drink and as she gave him his order she gave him a nasty look and looked at her coworker a look like he was stupid shaking...read full review
Ive contacted management in every way possible . Calling ,emailed,Instagram and absolutely no response. Extremely unprofessional. I had a staff member be extremely rude and nasty to me and my child for absolutely no reason. Every time i go i greet her and she stays quiet. Everytime i say thank you no response.there has not been one time where she was nice or friendly or says your welcome.
