Over priced and basic. Rude staff. If they're not interested in your particular order they'll charge you double the price so you'll walk away. I've gotten the same size and type of cake for special occasions over the last couple years. When I was out of the country and corresponding via email only, the cake suddenly increased by 30%. They just didn't want the hassle of dealing with it

She is not a pleasant to talk with , Zero customer service for a new customers!!
They’ are probably only good to established customers and she said they are very busy.
I guess they don’t need anymore new customers that’s why they talk unpleasant makes me aggravated!

Very Disappointing Experience
I was really excited to try Lulu Cake Boutique based on the great reviews, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The cake I ordered was not only late but also not as fresh as I expected. The flavor was bland, and the frosting was way too sweet. When I tried to contact customer service, I didn't receive a helpful response, which made the whole experience even worse. I expected much better quality and service for the price. Won't be returning.
