We had shrimp cocktail, duck croquettes, rainbow trout, and the French dip. The croquettes were very good. I am told that the shrimp cocktail was good as well. The rainbow trout was also quite good. The French dip was exceptional. Truly outstanding. The only issue is that it was a special and not a regular menu item.
What a great dinner and experience! Chicken parm may be the best I've ever had (and I've had a lot of them over the years). Our drinks - a Cosmo and a Lemon Drop Martini were perfect. The owner greeted us at the door and was very friendly and accommodating. Denise, our server, was terrific. We'll return very soon.
The food here is always fresh and tasty! They are creative with some dishes and we love to try to seasonal twists on some...be aware, it can get pretty loud as it's a small place and sometimes with groups around your table, it can be hard to hear you own table conversations. We just love it here and always return whenever we can!
