I really enjoyed this restaurant. The sushi was really fresh. My favorite was the truffle scallop nigiri. I got the yuzu martini and it was refreshing and tart. I’ll definitely be back
I tried uni (sea urchin) for the first time, served on A5 Wagyu at Nomi Sushi, a new omakase restaurant in Scarsdale, New York. At omakase you don't order. The chef serves you the best of the day, one small plate at a time. That meant yellowtail in yuzu sauce, lobster with caviar, buttery salmon belly and a pistachio cake to finish. Might be the best sushi meal we have ever had . The fish is on another level . Best toro I have ever had . Don’t miss this place .
