We had a very nice dinner at Shoyu Sushi. The shrimp gyoza were crispy, creamy, and full of flavor. The chicken yakitori was cooked perfectly, crunchy on the outside while still tender and juicy inside. We also enjoyed several sushi rolls, all of which were fresh and well made. Friendly service.
Great place with a beautiful atmosphere and a fantastic new menu. The service was excellent, and the food was incredibly fresh and delicious. I’ll definitely be back.

The restaurant in Colorado, a favorite for over 6 years, impresses with fresh, tasty sushi and sashimi cut to perfection. The Assorted Poke, a childhood favorite, stands out. The friendly servers, spacious and clean environment, and plans to bring a senior Hawaiian Club group for lunch speak volumes of the welcoming atmosphere at Shoyu Sushi.
