Just had the best dinner at Shoyu Sushi in Scarsdale. I’m vegan, and they have a few options for appetizers, sushi and entrees. Got the fried gyoza, vegetable roll, kampyo roll and vegetable curry and it was extremely satisfying and everything was hot and fresh. Presentation is cute and they use real wasabi paste (not horseradish). Westchester’s food scene is pretty lacking but this place definitely makes up for it. Found my new favorite Japanese/sushi place!

Got a salmon teriyaki bento box for lunch. This is a TOP NOTCH bento box… comes with soup, salad, salmon, rice, California roll, 1 Shumai, 1 dumpling, shrimp tempura, and vegetable tempura. All for like $20 bucks what an amazing deal. And my bf also ordered the tonkatsu meal. It was large and plenty of food!!!

I come to this outstanding place many times as I love the good mood that is characterizes this place. The team is extremely loyal and skilfull. The service is extraordinarily efficient. Needless to say, the food they prepare is first-rate. I visited many times and I was never disappointed. The rate is decent. I highly recommend this place to to everybody.
