Vietnam's Central offers terrific Vietnamese food and drink in a clean and comfortable setting. The staff is wonderful, making every visit a pleasant surprise. The spring rolls are fresh and delicious, while the curry chicken and short ribs special are highly recommended. The restaurant serves generous portions of amazing authentic Vietnamese food, and the owner comes to talk to guests between cooking, making them feel at home. The beef pho is solid, but other dishes like salt & pepper squid/shrimp and fried rice are almost better. The place gets busy, but it's worth the wait, and the staff are very friendly, helpful, and professional. Don't forget to try the Halo Halo for dessert. While the restaurant is a little bare bones, it remains one of the better Vietnamese spots in Westchester, offering a great dining experience worth returning to.
