I order from Fran & Joe's a number of times each week. Bobby often answers the phone is is SO NICE. They deliver my order in a timely manner and the food is ALWAYS delicious. I would starve without them!
Couldn’t say more nice things about this place. I needed to place a last minute order for over 20 customized sandwiches and these guys did such a fantastic job!!!! Service was quick, price is very reasonable and the sandwiches were the perfect temperature and absolutely delicious!!! Everyone was raving!!!!

Classic deli. Hot and cold food options that seem homemade. Quick serves and the employee was especially friendly in a sincere way which we appreciated. I got an egg breakfast sandwich that was good and a Joe's tea from the fridge. I forgot how good those teas were so that was a nice treat. They offered the classic salt/pepper/ketchup on the sandwich. My friend got the egg sandwich too but they could do it on a wrap. We definitely will be swinging by again for quick lunch breaks!
