After losing the Italian deli in Saratoga that I've patronized for many years to a buyer from Albany that doesn't even answer the phone, I began a search for a true Italian deli. When I walked into La Gioia I knew I had found what I was looking for. The aroma of Italy in the air, the hustle bustle of a staff serving with professional knowledge, courtesy, and a neat and clean appearance so rare today, and shelves and cases filled with all the Mediterranean delicacies imaginable, made me realize the true gem I discovered. This was a wonderful epiphany for me; I smiled all the way home 30 miles away.“

“Ordered a catered lunch for the office, the staff at Martini's was so helpful, answered all of my questions and made great recomendations. The food not only arrived in plenty of time but it was all so fresh and delicious. If your not making the lunch yourself then you should definately get it here! Gumbo is amazing!“

“This is my local Bodega and honestly I absolutely love it! Super close to my home and it's always very clean in there. The owner is super nice themselves and I highly recommend it if you need a quick snack or drink or cigarettes or even novelty candy items that are highly affordable and cute“
