A lot of microwave usage
If you're looking for true West Indian flavors, skip this spot. The dhalpuri roti was a big disappointment and the rest of the meal was mediocre. Despite the fast 15-minute turnaround, the lack of basic amenities like cups and proper cutlery made the experience feel cheap. It definitely doesn't live up to the standard of a good Guyanese or Trini kitchen.
Great food and great experience.
