“i was a customer at jackie's from 1997 to 2017 when i would go to the hall of fame induction weekends with my buddies from high school.. i had to stop going due to health reasons and can't tell you how much i miss going and getting to be with my buddies and having breakfast every morning with jackie, her sisters, mom/dad, daughter and others who worked there.. it was always the highlight of my day to order a grandslam with extra bacon and blueberry pancakes and banter with all the girls... this year they signed a newspaper saying hi and that they missed me and my buddies brought it to me... their kindnesses and friendships made the food even better.. there is no other place like it in the world for me.. it has always been like family for me, they are all the best and i love them all. ty for all of that love through the years... love you all, andy mark”

“Ive already posted this on google reviews so I’ll post it on Facebook as well! I haven’t been in Cooperstown in quite some time and having to wait for a bit for my wife’s surgery to be completed I went to Upstate bar and grill for the first time. With my mind being everywhere (even for a minor surgery that takes a bit to do) this place was literally wonderful. I don’t do many reviews if at all but I wanted to do one for here. Food was great and the service was SPOT ON! Most importantly so very polite and Nice. My servers name was heather and like I said she was wonderful and thoughtful. I wish most places were kinda like this. Thank you for the service and polite hospitality. I’ll be sure to bring my wife and son when I can!”

“Just had dinner after seeing the Glimmerglass lights with my Husband and 2 boys (5 years & 6 months) we walked right in to a table at 730pm on a Saturday, great cocktails, the antipasto board blew us away and the strip and seafood risotto were to die for. Great portions, the renovations are beautiful it is so cozy, yet modern and the different salt and pepper shakers on every table are such a cute touch! We will definitely be back and frequently!! Caesar was an amazing waiter, the service was incredible. Can’t wait to return.”

“We pulled up to Rusty Bison at 8:16. After checking their hours and realizing they closed at 9:00, we figured we'd just get food to go. However, the staff gave us a table and didn't rush us at all. (They still had other customers in there as well) We had brisket sandwiches, wings, the shrimp and a fish sandwich. All of the food was really good, and like I said, the staff did not rush us at all. If we're ever back this way, we will definitely eat at Rusty Bison again!”

I myself and my siblings and our mother enjoy taking the honour of coming down from United Kingdom, Shropshire, to join our beloved granny in attending this wonderful scenario.

Now we are the kind of people who can easily adhere to the "Be Kind" motto that defines this Bingo event as a particularly special occasion.

“The building is clean, although some places are messy due to the fact that people eat there. For a couple of times, the service was slow, taking 30 minutes to an hour depending on the day and who's working to get your food. Sometimes they got the order wrong, and sometimes the food wasn't as perfect as I thought it would be. However, for the past few weeks, as I've been going there more often, the service has picked up. The workers have been more kind and generous, in my opinion, and they haven't gotten any of my recent items messed up, unlike other mcdonalds in the area.”
